How much is postage?

Postage is free within the UK for all orders over £4 which covers most items. For smaller orders a charge of 50p applies. This excludes the custom knitted items as I cannot say how heavy your item will be until I know what it is! Postage will be charged at cost for knitting service.

Do you post outside the UK?

Please contact me for details of postage outside the UK before making your purchase.


What is your returns policy?

Please contact me regarding any damages or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt.

If you would like a refund the items must be returned in their original packaging. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.  I would strongly advise you to obtain a receipt of posting as I cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post on their way back. I reserve the right to charge an admin fee if multiple orders are returned to cover costs.

Please note - I cannot accept returns for personalised or custom made items. If the item is damaged or not as you requested please contact me as soon as you receive your item.


What happens if my item is lost in the post?

It can take some time for items to arrive so please be patient, Royal Mail usually get it  there in the end. If your item hasn’t arrived and you are concerned please get in touch.


What payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made through paypal using the add to basket buttons or with a cheque or postal order sent to the address on the Contact Us page. Payment with a credit or debit card can be made through paypal, you do not have to have a paypal account. Items will not be sent out until payment has cleared.


Can I reserve an item?

Please use the contact form to let me know if you would like to reserve an item, I only keep one of each item in stock so unless I know you are sending payment the item could be bought by some one else! Reserved items will be kept for 7 days, if payment is not received in this time the item will be made available to buy again.

Why is my item in a used envelope?

I try to recycle whenever possible so rather than throw away a perfectly good envelope I will re use it if  I can. This keeps costs down for you and helps the environment! It does not mean your item is packaged any less securely, I always take the greatest care to ensure it is safely wrapped for the journey.
