Custom Orders
We all know how frustrating it is when you want something in particular and cannot find it. Custom orders are no more expensive than other jewellery, the price is simply based on the time and materials needed to create it. If you have an idea of what you would like feel free to get in touch and I will do my best to create the item you want.
Most of the items on this website can be made to your specifications so if you want a different size or colour just contact us and I will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your requirements.
In many cases custom orders can be completed within 7 days but on occasions this service may take longer. Items will be dispatched as soon as possible and I will keep you up to date with how long it will take for your order to arrive.
There is no obligation to buy if you contact us for a quote. I will not chase you or send you sales emails or calls. If you do not respond to the quote I send we will simply assume you do not want the item.
In some cases, for example if the item is personalised with a name or initials I may require a non refundable deposit to cover costs before the order is accepted. You will be informed of this when we discuss your requirements so until the deposit is received you have nothing to lose!
